Best Friends Health Care Services was born from a friendship that has endured for nearly 45 years. Rachel Spiller and LaShunda McClellan grew up together in Houston, forging an unbreakable bond built on loyalty, laughter, and a shared belief that everyone deserves to be treated with dignity.
With Rachel's 25+ years of healthcare experience and LaShunda's 25+ years in professional transportation and logistics, they combined their strengths to create something greater than either could build alone: a home care agency that treats every client the way they would treat their own mothers and grandmothers.
Today, Best Friends Health Care Services serves families across Greater Houston with personal attendant care, dependable non-medical transportation, and professional housekeeping — all delivered with the same care and respect they give their own families.
